Appointments: 

◦ Appointments are required for all grooming services, walk-ins can be accommodated if space is available

◦ Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time

◦ All new clients are required to complete a registration form on arrival 

Late Arrivals: 

◦ Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Groomer will come and get you when available. Any delay of over 15 minutes from appointment time will lead to reduction of service, cancellation and/or rescheduling. No notification of cancellation or reschedule will lead to a 50% no show fee

Cancellations and No-Show Policy: 

◦ Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation/rescheduling. If less than 24 hour notice the no show fee will apply 

◦ Reoccurring no shows will lead to no further bookings 

Pricing and Payment: 

◦ Prices may vary on those stated depending on the dog's coat condition and behaviour

◦ Payment options are cash or bank transfer. Cash payments can be taken upon collection. Bank tranfers must be completed before collection

Health and Safety: 

◦ Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations

◦ Pregnant & dogs showing signs of illness cannot be accepted

Matted Coats: 

◦ If your dog is matted a shave-down may be required. Matting can cause skin irritation, discomfort, and other health issues for dogs. Please let groomer know in advance so extra time can be allowed. Additional charges may be applied due to extra time

◦ Taking off matting can be tricky. Minor nicks, cuts, or irritation may occur from close clipping

◦ Any advice on how to avoid matting & carry out better coat care for your dog can be given

Behavioural:

◦ My experience has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of canine behaviour & patience, allowing me to specialise in working with anxious pups

◦ If your dog is anxious/has any behavioural issues please let me know in advance to allow extra time

◦ Please note that extra charges may be added depending on time

Accidents and Emergencies: 

◦ Minor accidents can occur when dealing with animals. Precautions are always taken to ensure your dog is groomed safely, however sometimes minor accidents may occur

◦ If your dog does sustain any injury you will be notified & first aid will be provided

Data Privacy: 

◦ Basic information is collected for appointments and records. All personal data is kept confidential and is not shared  with third parties
